During your initial onboarding with AuditIQ, we create a company account on our Portal. Within each company account you can have multiple user accounts.
Each user account can have access to some or all of your audits.
This enables you to limit internal access to individual audits to specific people or teams.
Giving your client access to an audit
You can optionally provide access to an audit to your client. Simply create a ticket at https://support.ontapgroup.com/. You will need to provide the following information about them:
- Email address
- The name of the audit you want to give them access to
